A successful Auction depends upon the involvement of Parents, Community and Teachers. Please consider one (or more) of the following ways to participate in our most important fundraiser of the year:
- HELP WITH YOUR CHILD’S CLASSROOM PROJECT: Volunteers are needed to contribute their ideas, time, talent and/or donations toward materials and construction. To learn how to help, please contact mwauction2014@gmail.com.
- BECOME A FAMILY OR BUSINESS SPONSOR: Monetary donations of any amount are welcome and help underwrite this event. To learn how to take advantage of advertising or business promotion opportunities, please contact mwauction2014@gmail.com.
- HOST A SIGN-UP EVENT (Buy-In Party): Big money maker and a great way to meet new people! It can be kid focused, adult focused for family focused. Examples include: Flip Flops and Lemon Drops, Girls Tea Party, Jewelry Making Party, Civil War Party and more! If you have a new Buy-In Party idea, would like to host a Buy-In Party; or if you have any questions regarding Buy-In Parties, please contact mwauction2014@gmail.com.
- DONATE AN ITEM, VACATION, UNIQUE EXPERIENCE OR SERVICE: Donations of all kinds are needed and are fully tax-deductible. Donation Forms are available in the school office, or by email through mwauction2014@gmail.com.
- JOIN THE AUCTION COMMITEE: Help coordinate class project, class baskets, collect donations, work on step-up and clean-up sub committees and much more!
