The Scholastic Book Fair is coming to Mary Woodward!
Book Fairs are a wonderful opportunity to support our school library. A percentage of every purchase comes back to Mary Woodward in Scholastic Dollars, which are used to replace worn or outdated books and add new titles to our collection.
Get ready for the newest must-read books, bestselling series, and favorite characters that students love. Best of all, every purchase helps support our school.

Fall Scholastic Book Fair 2026
Mary Woodward’s Scholastic Book Fair is Coming October 5th-8th! A portion of all sales from the Book Fair will go directly to the Mary Woodward Library- this is our library’s main funding source.
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
To keep the Book Fair running smoothly, we rely on volunteer support.
Shifts without enough coverage may need to close.
Set Up/Pack Up The Fair
– Oct 2nd: Set Up the Fair from 2:30pm-4:30pm
– Oct 8th: Pack Up the Fair from 3:30pm-4:30pm
Book Fair Shifts
From October 5th-8th We need 4 adult volunteers for each grade level lunch and after school. Students will need help with shopping, counting money, and checking out.
Lunch Recess Schedule
10:45am-11:20am: 1st Grade
11:15am-11:40am: Kindergarten
11:35am-12:05pm: 3rd Grade
11:55am-12:30pm: 2nd Grade
12:20pm-12:50pm: 5th Grade
12:40pm-1:10pm: 4th Grade
After School for Families
2:25pm-3:35pm

All volunteers must be registered with TTSD- valid for 3 years.
