Plans are underway for a fabulous online auction this year to be held for 2 weeks in April. We need your help getting fun and interesting items to auction! What kind of donations are we looking for?
- Multi-night stays at your rental property
- Concert tickets
- Sporting event tickets
- Products or gift certificates from your employer
- Products or gift certificates from your home-based business
- Invitations to a themed party hosted by you
- Restaurant gift certificates
- Theme park, water park, or skiing passes
- Other unique experiences or family friendly items
We are also in need of parents to help coordinate a class basket or project for the following classes:
- Both of Mrs. Orchard’s classes
- Mrs. Brown
- Mrs. White
- Ms. Bell
- Mrs. Petterson
- Ms. Krebs
- Mrs. Zell
For a class basket, you pick a theme and ask all of the parents in your classroom to donate items to go into the themed basket. For a class project, you find something creative on Pinterest and guide the students to create a beautiful work of art.
We need to receive all auction items by Tuesday, March 31 and we appreciate early contributions! Please deliver all items to the Mary Woodward office with the donation form attached to this newsletter.
